It all started when we saw that as the days and weeks elapsed, restaurants and hotels had to close, the economy had been deteriorating and the lack of tourism, as well as the alarming reduction in cash flows, prevented them from coping with commitments such as: rents and bank liabilities deadlines, due to the lack of income.
